Welcome to OPC Social & Activity Center! You’re invited to join us.
If you are 50+ and live in the City of Rochester, City of Rochester Hills or the Charter Township of Oakland, you qualify to be a member of OPC. There is no cost for membership, only a $6.00 charge for a membership card.
If you are 50+ but do not live in the three communities listed above, you can become a member by purchasing an annual nonresident membership. The annual nonresident fee is $225.00 per person or $350.00 per married couple.
To register for a membership, download our membership application and return it to our cashiers who will issue you a membership key tag. Use the key tag to sign in at the kiosks when entering the building and for registering for classes online.
- New member applications are available at the Customer Service Desk at the main entrance. New member registrations accepted during these hours:
- Monday-Thursday, 8:00am - 7:00pm
- Friday, 8:00am - 3:30pm
- Saturday, 8:00am - 1:30pm

- Drivers' License
- Resident: $6
- Annual Nonresident: $225 per individual/$350 per couple
