Ascension Providence Rochester Wellness Center
In keeping with our mission of enhancing the health status of our community, Ascension Providence Rochester is pleased to partner with the OPC to offer health related services in the Ascension Providence Rochester at the OPC. We know that with the busy lifestyles everyone leads, having a Wellness Center conveniently located within the OPC will provide access to basic services.
Services include: Ask the Nurse, Ask the Doctor, Ask the Orthopedic Doctor, Educational Seminars, Health Screening Services (Hearing Testing, Hearing Aid Cleaning, Blood Pressure Readings, and Bone Density Screenings. Check the monthly newsletter for current programs and schedules.
Your health matters to us! Prevention is powerful. Feel free to stop in and visit the nurse in the Wellness Center and take advantage of the health resources available, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, closed during lunch 12:00-1:00 pm.

Ascension Providence Rochester Physical Therapy
Physical therapy can address concerns and diagnoses such as back pain, shoulder pain, decreased balance, arthritis, slumping posture, stroke, Parkinson’s, MS, and so much more. All care is provided one-on-one with a physical therapist. Sessions last 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on individual needs. All care is based on a comprehensive evaluation. A physician’s referral is needed in order to get started. Medicare and most insurances are accepted. Come check us out!

The Michigan Senior Olympics Michigan Senior Olympics (MSO) is a non-profit 501c(3) organization that was founded in 1979 and is a leading advocate in the senior health and fitness area for the past thirty-six years. MSO promotes healthy lifestyles by organizing Winter and Summer sports competitions and wellness programs for active individuals 50 years and older.
Rochester Hills Mini Library
OPC Minibranch was established in 1983 at the former Woodward Elementary School. This library offers visitors over 3000 items including paperbacks, large print books, best sellers, audio books and magazines. A closed circuit television magnifying system is provided for residents with low vision.
